Profile
JOI Technologies, established in 2001, has served primarily in the North Eastern United States construction market in engineering and detailing services. In 2004 JOIT developed its own project management database software and have streamlined all projects and related documents including all e-mails at the finger tips thus increasing the efficiency and organizing all project related information for easy retrieval at any time, any place. Presently JOIT itself own IT Division which forms a support team for Engineering Division as well as ventured to do IT service business on its own.
JOIT’s Engineering division consists of experienced structural engineers and detailers to perform any size job. In construction industry JOIT’s primary focus is on rebar detailing. We have capacity to perform detailing in the range of 1000 to 1500 tons of rebar material per month. Although no size is too small for us, we generally are more efficient at jobs 500 tons or larger.
JOIT has developed its own training programs for engineers and detailers.
The office is capable of training and implementing into production
within 3-4 weeks and independent production within 6-9 months. We
train for both engineering and communication capabilities and strive
to make every engineer/detailer self reliant.
Principal of the company is a Professional Engineer licensed in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey with over 20 years of experience in design and construction industry. |
