Structural Steel Detailing
The steel detailing team lead by Mr. TB Krishnamoorthy with nearly 40 years of experience in structural steel design and detailing, is unmistakably a very reliable team for most steel detailing work. A dedicated team of graduate engineers and CAD detailers established since 1986 is available. The steel team is capable of producing approximately 200 ANSI D size drawings per month. The steel team is capable of handling any type of building structure work in the range of 500 to 1500 tons. The quality of work is assured by our 3-tier quality check system which has proved to be quite successful.
We are also experienced in design and detailing residential structures using Cold Formed Steel (Light Gage Steel) per AISI guidelines for USA.
We are capable of executing design and detailing work that will be required to be performed and endorsed by a Professional Engineer. Currently our team carries Professional Engineering licenses in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York States.

Our Services
Concrete Rebar Detailing
We bring well trained professionals and have capability to detail over 1000 tons of rebar per month. We take pride in our internally developed Project Documentation System which documents every communication pertaining to projects. We use technology to our advantage. Our database sorts through piles of project documents for easy retrieval by anyone in our office. We make it easier for the hardworking guys in the field.
Our detailing software integrates well with aSa and Shear97 rebar production systems. In the past we have considered and have the capability to integrate well with other production software. Drawings can be produced in any standard format for electronic transfers. We have capability to receive and store large volumes of electronic drawings. Old documents will never be deleted.
No job is too small for us although we are more efficient at detailing jobs greater than 500 tons.
